Directorate of Advance Studies and Research (DASR)
The Directorate of Advanced Studies and Research Board, University of Swat was established in December, 2014. The ASRB plays a pivotal role in University of Swat which aspire for the promotion of research-based degree academic programs and facilitation in all graduate disciplines. The Directorate first and foremost priority is to play a crucial in materializing the vision and mission of the University and to achieve the ultimate goal of achieving excellence in academics and research.
The ASRB also aims to provide conducive and competitive environment for the research scholars to ensure prominent position for University of Swat in the regional and global scenario. All these efforts are based in terms of quality assurance and standards set by Higher Education Commissions (HEC) through robust monitoring of research programs.
More importantly, the catalyst role of the directorate is to cater the academic fulfilment on strategic privatization of research endeavors vital to the region. The aspiration and motivation in this regard will go a long way in realization of the dream for the betterment of the society.
