University of Swat Hosts Anti-Corruption Seminar

Swat, KP, Pakistan – December 9, 2024

The University of Swat’s Suvastu Literary Society, in collaboration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, recently hosted a one-day seminar titled “Uniting with Youth Against Corruption: Shaping Tomorrow’s Integrity” as part of Anti-Corruption Week. The seminar was graced by Professor Dr. Hassan Sher, the esteemed Vice-Chancellor of the University of Swat, as the Chief Guest. Dr. Sher emphasized the critical role of youth in combating corruption and building a just and equitable society. He urged students to become vigilant citizens and actively participate in anti-corruption initiatives.

The event also featured a keynote address by Dr. Javed Khan and a special address by Muhammad Diyar Khan, Assistant Commissioner of Charbagh. The seminar provided a platform for insightful discussions, expert presentations, and interactive sessions, empowering students to become agents of change. By fostering a culture of integrity and accountability, the University of Swat aims to equip its students with the knowledge and skills necessary to address societal challenges and contribute to a corruption-free Pakistan.
