A two-day training workshop included sessions on digital marketing, the use of information technology was Organized under the auspices of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority, the Tourist Services Wing conducted a two-day training workshop for stakeholders related to tourism, members of the journalist community, students, and the Department of Tourism and Culture and Hospitality at the University of Swat.
on the occasion of concluding session Vice Chancellor University of Swat Prof. Dr.Hsssan Sher was the chief guest. The Vice Chancellor and Director KP C&TA Umar Arshad Khan Distributed the certificate among the participants.
Provost University of Swat Fida Hussain ,Dr. Zarawar Khan and Dr Atif Iqbal and other faculty members were present on this occasion.
The training included sessions on Business Management Information Systems for hotels, restaurants, and travel agencies, online services, providing better facilities to tourists through online booking, and improving oneself in the field of digital information technology. Participants were trained on various methods to facilitate tourists, resolve challenges they face, and other relevant topics.
