Smart Classroom

Higher Education Commission, Pakistan (HEC), has approved the establishment of smart classrooms at the University of Swat and University of Shangla under the HEC-HEDP project. This initiative aims to create a technology-enhanced learning environment that fosters engagement, collaboration, and personalized learning.
The smart classrooms will feature digital boards, enabling teachers to create interactive lessons, share multimedia content, and facilitate collaboration. Additionally, collaboration tools with software and hardware will facilitate group work, discussions, and presentations, including video conferencing tools and interactive displays. Students will also gain knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Analytics tools, which analyze student data, identify learning gaps, and provide personalized recommendations for improvement.
Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Hassan Sher expressed his gratitude to chairman HEC Dr. Mukhtar Ahmad, Dr. Jamil Ahmad (Member IT, HEC) and other concerned departments for this initiative. This project is a significant step towards transforming the educational landscape in Pakistan and providing students with a world-class learning experience.
