The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has officially granted accreditation and NOC to the Women Campus of the University of Swat, marking a significant milestone for the institution. Established in 2016, the campus’s journey toward accreditation reached fruition under the dedicated leadership of the incumbent Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Hassan Sher. His relentless efforts and commitment to academic excellence played a pivotal role in completing the accreditation process. Currently, accreditation has been awarded to four degree programs: BS Zoology, BS Botany, BS Psychology, and BS Home Economics. The Women Campus is poised to become a hub for empowering women through quality education and fostering intellectual growth.
Under the visionary leadership of Prof. Dr. Hassan Sher, the Women Campus has not only achieved accreditation but has also embarked on the construction of its own dedicated building. This initiative reflects the commitment of the Vice Chancellor to provide state-of-the-art facilities conducive to a thriving academic environment. The construction project is progressing swiftly, and the completion is anticipated in the near future. This development underscores the University of Swat’s commitment to advancing education and creating a supportive infrastructure for the holistic development of its students. The accredited programs and the upcoming purpose-built facility are poised to elevate the Women Campus to new heights in the realm of higher education.
The Vice Chancellor is thankful to HEC, faculty members of the Women Campus and Director P&D and his staff, and is committed to achieve and maintain national and international academic standards and excellence.
