Mingora (Press Release) University of Swat signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pak Everbright Development Organization (PEDO) at University of Swat on April 06, 2023. The MoU signing ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Hassan Sher, Vice Chancellor, University of Swat, Mr. Shahab ud Din, Chief Executive Officer, PEDO, Mr. Imtiaz Ali, Registrar, University of Swat. Dr Anwar Hussain, Director ORIC, University of Swat , Mr. Asad Zia, Admin Officer PEDO, Muhammad Riaz, Legal Advisor PEDO and Mr. Asif Saud Jan, MRO, University of Swat.
The MoU is aimed to Implement the Higher Education Commission (HEC) policy for persons with disability (PWD) at University of Swat. This overall purpose would be achieved through mutual cooperation on strategies as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Speaking on the occasion the Vice Chancellor, University of Swat and Chief Executive Officer, PEDO emphasized the importance of this linkage for the implementation of HEC policy for PWDs at University of Swat.
