Mingora(Press Release) ORIC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Department of Psychology and Social Welfare Department District Swat in the presence of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Jamal Khan. The other senior officials of the University and officials from Social Welfare Department Swat were also present in the MoU signing ceremony which was held on July 15, 2021 at University of Swat.
The University of Swat Psychology Department under this MoU will extend its cooperation and will facilitate the Social Welfare office Swat in respect of improving support services (by providing counseling) for the survivors (Men/Women, girls and children) residing in the Social Welfare Institution especially in Darul Aman.
The District Social welfare Swat will ensure safe, enough space required for group and individual sessions in the premises of Institution by the female psychologist experts from Psychology Department of University of Swat.
