Swat: The Vice Chancellor University of Swat Prof Dr. Muhammad Jamal Khan has said that the collaboration with COMSATS University, Islamabad would help in strengthening the online teaching mechanism in University of Swat.
He was talking on the occasion of signing documents with COMSATS University, Islamabad. Earlier, the Inter-Institutional Technology Sharing Collaboration inked between the virtual campus of COMSATS University, Islamabad and University of Swat, which is aimed at streamlining the online teaching mechanism.
According to press release issued here by the Media Cell, the COMSATS University Islamabad will provide LMS system to the University of Swat, which will enable its faculty members to transfer knowledge to their students through online tool.
The ceremony, which was held here at Charbagh Campus, University of Swat on October 23, 2020, was attended by the delegation of COMSATS University comprised of Prof. Dr. Sajjad A Madani, Director Wah Campus, COMSATS University Islamabad, Mr. Sadaat Iqbal, In-charge COMSATS University Islamabad ‘s Virtual Campus and Mr. Wajid Ali – Manager IT at COMSATS University Islamabad’s Virtual Campus. The Vice Chancellor Prof Dr. Muhammad Jamal Khan, Registrar Mr. Mahboob Ur Rahman, Treasurer Arshad Ali Khan, Dr. Sana Ullah Director IT, Hamdullah Younas Deputy Director IT and other officials of the university were also present on the occasion.
