Three-Days International Conference on Biosciences (BIOCON-2025) Held at University of Swat
The Centre for Biotechnology and Microbiology and Centre for Animal Sciences and Fisheries University of Swat, jointly organized the 2nd Three-Day International Conference on Biosciences (BIOCON-2025) from 20th to 22nd September 2025.
The conference was spearheaded by Dr. Muhammad Israr, Associate Professor of Forensic Sciences, as the Chief Organizer. Prof. Dr. Fazal Akbar, Director of the Centre for Biotechnology and Microbiology, played a leading role in hosting the event.
Prof. Dr. Hassan Sher, Vice Chancellor, University of Swat, SAARC Gold Medalist, Patron-in-Chief and also the Chief Guest of this event.
The primary objective of the conference was to enhance participants’ knowledge of modern biosciences techniques, innovations, and research advancements. It provided a valuable platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and academic networking.
More than 200 national and international researchers and students registered for the conference. The event successfully attracted prominent scholars and researchers from across the country and abroad, creating opportunities for future collaborations among institutions.
