In recognition of the significant physical progress on the project “Establishment of the Women Campus, University of Swat,” the Federal Government of Pakistan has increased its financial allocation and has released an additional Rs. 200 million (20 Crore) for the construction of the Women Campus. This is in addition to the Rs. 200 million previously released and utilized. The project has been prioritized as a FAST TRACK projects in Pakistan.
This substantial support has been made possible through the dedicated efforts of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Hassan Sher, along with the Planning and Development (P&D) team and the project team at the University of Swat.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Hassan Sher extends his heartfelt gratitude to the Federal Government, the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Islamabad, and all the concerned teams for their unwavering support and hard work.
The additional funds will significantly advance the construction and development of the Women Campus, ensuring that it becomes a cornerstone for female education and empowerment in the region.
