BS Economics

The main purpose of BS Economics degree program is to achieve the highest possible standards of education and research in economics. More specifically this degree will encourage intellectual development in economics and impart sound theoretical and applied knowledge of economics. In general, the students will get awareness to prepare themselves for national and international challenges and an ability to become effective independent researchers and learners. This program consists of 8 semesters with 133 credit hours.

 

BS Development Studies

Development Studies is offered as a specialized Master’s degree program in several universities and less commonly as an undergraduate degree program. The department offers BS (4 years) program in development studies. BS (4 year) program in development studies consists of 8 semesters with 130 credit hours. It is a comprehensive program covering all subjects related to development, social development, economic development, resource development, development in the third world and sustainable development.
